SOUTH DAKOTA DAIRY CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS

The following pages provide construction estimates, financing examples, projected income statements and blue prints for a 300 expandable to 600 and 500 expandable to 1,000 cow dairy farms as of 01/04/2004.

THE FINANCIAL INFORMATION CONTAINED ARE ESTIMATES ONLY AND BY NO MEANS GUARANTEES THAT FINANCIAL RESULTS ARE OBTAINABLE AS OUTLINED!!!!

FURTHERMORE, THE ENCLOSED SCENARIOS ASSUME THAT THE DAIRY FARMER PERFORMS THE DUTIES AS GENERAL CONTRACTOR. PROJECT CONSULTANTS CAN BE CONTRACTED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF APPROXIMATELY 1-2% OF TOTAL PROJECT COSTS, AND GENERAL CONTRACTORS CAN BE CONTRACTED FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF APPROXIMATELY 5-10% OF TOTAL PROJECT COST.

Finally, be advised that the projected income statement are based on full utilization of the facilities. The projected income statements for the interim 300 or 500 head operation will be substantially less attractive than the final 600 or 1,000 head operations as the setup cost for the interim operation includes many of the requirements for the final operation.
